“UD Typos” is a UD typeface that turns TypeBank’s famous “Typos” design into a modern UD typeface. “Typos” makes the systematic character design possible by allowing changes to be made to the weights of vertical and horizontal lines independently to produce a variety of expressions. For example when the difference in line weights between the vertical and the horizontal are small the typeface looks like a Gothic font, but when there is more difference in the line weight, the typeface takes on a graceful, modern look.
