“HY DaHeiTi” is a Gothic style simplified Chinese typeface designed by HANYI for use in headlines. With a simply constructed skeleton and a large face, the typeface has a robust finish in the finer areas of the strokes with moderate reverse arched details at the ends of the sweeps, creating an appearance that is imposing and majestic. Among the Morisawa typefaces, “Gothic MB101” and “Midashi Go MB31” are similar in their design impressions.
