“AR Ming” is a Mincho style traditional Chinese typeface made by ARPHIC based on the concepts of wide counters, smooth and fine line ends, and simple straight lines. The typeface comes in two weights, B (AR Mingti Bold B5) and H (AR Mingti Heavy B5,) and is most similar to “Ryumin” among the Morisawa typefaces. With its visual comfort and stability, “AR Ming B” is well suited for use in long texts such as magazines, books, and newspapers, as well as subheadings and captions, and for use in corporate and brand logos.
