Vonk Pro is a contemporary serif text typeface that won the Morisawa Award Gold Prize and the Akashi Award in the Latin Category at the Morisawa Type Design Competition 2016. It is highly original with its calligraphic structure being blended with sharp yet soft elements, but because of the low stroke contrast and meticulously designed counters, it has good readability even in small sizes or on low resolution displays.
